Experienced in residential lettings and ready to take the next step into a senior management position?
We’re recruiting for a Lettings Manager to oversee a successful and established Lettings division in the Penryn area. This is a varied senior-level opportunity for an experienced property professional who can lead a team, oversee portfolio performance, and deliver an excellent level of service to landlords and tenants.
The role will involve overseeing both front-end and back-end teams, including Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers. Our client will consider experienced Lettings Managers or Senior Property Managers with proven management experience.
The Role
As a Lettings Manager, you will:
*Oversee the lettings portfolio and support the wider team
*Lead and manage Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers
*Oversee property listings and ensure properties are effectively marketed
*Manage rent reviews across the portfolio
*Deal with complaints and resolve issues effectively
*Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with landlords
*Support the team with day-to-day lettings and property management matters
*Drive performance, service levels and continued growth within the division
Lettings Manager Requirements
*Proven senior-level experience within the lettings or property management industry
*Strong knowledge of the residential lettings sector
*Previous management or team leadership experience is essential
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Ambitious, career-driven and commercially minded
*Ability to lead, motivate and support a team
*A strong team player with a hands-on approach
*Full UK driving licence
