About the Role: Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Middleton, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Production Operative to join their growing team. The company produces a wide range of goods for multiple markets, and this role is central to maintaining high standards across their manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
*Feed raw materials into production machinery

*Operate machinery and lifting equipment safely and efficiently

*Perform packing tasks and prepare goods for shipment

*Conduct quality assurance and testing checks

*Assemble, pack, and label finished products

Requirements:
*Previous experience operating production machinery

*Experience in the plastics industry is desirable but not essential

*Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern

*Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
