Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a committed and experienced KS2 Teacher to join a specialist school in Eccles, supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about making a positive difference to pupils who may require additional support with their emotional wellbeing, behaviour and engagement in learning. The successful candidate will join a supportive school environment and play an important role in helping pupils develop both academically and personally.
The ideal candidate will:
*Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Have experience teaching within KS2
*Have experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs
*Be confident managing behaviour using positive and consistent strategies
*Be able to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
*Have a calm, patient and nurturing approach
*Be committed to providing an inclusive and engaging learning environment
*Have strong classroom management and communication skills
*Be able to adapt teaching to meet individual needs
