Full-Time | Term Time (39 weeks) + 3 weeks additional SENCo responsibilities

As Assistant Headteacher - SENCo, you will lead the strategic development of Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision, working alongside senior leadership to raise standards, support teaching staff, and champion inclusive education.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Drive and implement the school’s SEN strategy, policies, and continuous provision evaluation alongside the Head of School.
Staff Guidance: Provide specialist support, mentoring, and advice to teaching staff to elevate practice and pupil outcomes.
Compliance & Safeguarding: Ensure full statutory SEN compliance, uphold child protection protocols, and promote student welfare.
To be successful in your application, you will have:*QTS with completed NASENCO qualification.
*Proven leadership experience in a SENCo role.
*Commitment to safeguarding (enhanced DBS check and Child Protection training required).
