*2 month temporary role
*Mainly remote, occasional travel to Oxfordshire
*£65,000 - £70,000 equivalent
*Interviews next week


Key Responsibilities:
*Manage payroll and lead the month-end process.
*Prepare the monthly Board pack and financial reporting.
*Oversee cashflow management and forecasting.
*Prepare and post journals, ensuring accurate financial records.
*Take responsibility for financial reporting and provide clear insight to senior stakeholders.


Key Requirements:
*Must have Xero experience.
*Strong month-end and financial reporting experience.
*Confident communicating with senior stakeholders.
