Ethos Talent is partnering with an established, organisation to recruit an FP&A Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of Group-wide financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting within a complex and evolving business.
Working closely with the Head of Group FP&A, you will play a key role in providing meaningful financial insight, supporting senior leadership with decision-making and helping to develop the Group’s FP&A function.
The Role
This is a highly visible position offering exposure to senior stakeholders across the business, with responsibilities including:
*Leading Group budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
*Producing monthly performance analysis, management information and Board-level reporting.
*Developing financial models, scenario planning and commercial analysis to support decision-making.
*Working closely with divisional finance teams to understand performance, identify opportunities and challenge assumptions.
*Managing Group cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.
*Improving reporting systems, dashboards and processes to deliver greater efficiency and insight.
*Supporting wider strategic projects, including potential acquisitions.
About You
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong FP&A experience, ideally gained within a complex, multi-site or multi-entity organisation.
You’ll bring excellent financial modelling and analytical skills, alongside the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and translate complex financial information into clear commercial insight.
Experience improving financial reporting systems, dashboards or planning processes would be particularly beneficial.
