An established and growing law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join its expanding Residential Property team. The role offers a competitive salary, flexible and hybrid working, excellent benefits and genuine opportunities for career progression.
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and plot purchases.
Key responsibilities
*Manage residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion
*Handle a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy
*Provide clear, practical legal advice and exceptional client service
*Build strong relationships with clients, referrers and colleagues
*Support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued growth of the department
*Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
About you
You will be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer with:
*Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
*Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
*Excellent communication, organisation and client care skills
*A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service
