A modern, commercial legal practice is looking for a Senior Solicitor or experienced Litigator to join its Local Authority Team. The role involves managing complex, high-value litigated matters, advising local authority clients, and contributing to work that directly impacts public services.
The Role*Manage a varied caseload across multiple courts and tribunals
*Provide clear, strategic advice to local authority clients
*Drive positive outcomes on challenging disputes
*Support and mentor junior team members
About You*Background in debt recovery, civil litigation, insolvency, property litigation or public law preferred
*Strong written communication and analytical skills
