We are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Resales Executive to join a leading housing association based in Eastleigh on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in property sales, sales progression or conveyancing who enjoys managing the sales process and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities*Manage shared ownership property resales from initial stages through to completion.
*Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors and internal departments to ensure a smooth sales process.
*Monitor sales progression, ensuring deadlines are met and transactions move forward efficiently.
*Maintain accurate records, documentation and system updates.
*Ensure all processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
*Identify opportunities to improve processes and the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience in property sales, sales progression, conveyancing or a similar role.
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*High attention to detail and accuracy.
*Confidence working with solicitors and other stakeholders.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
