Are you a Corporate Solicitor frustrated at the lack of interesting work provided by your current firm?

Would you like to join a business services focussed firm with an international reach?

We are recruiting a new Corporate Solicitor on behalf of a stable and solvent central London firm

You will have at least 4 years’ PQE (guideline) and experience of the following:
Corporate
*Mergers and Acquisitions
*Share buybacks
*Shareholder and partnership agreements
*Corporate structures
*Joint ventures

Commercial
*Drafting service level agreements
*Commercial contracts
*Corporate finance e.g. loan agreements, debentures and legal charges
