What You’ll Do
*Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
*Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards
*Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
*Produce high quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing
*Attend site visits and support client relationships
*Promote additional services and support business development
*Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards
*Investigate non-conformance and maintain accurate records
What You’ll Bring
*Experience in a passive fire protection surveying
*Hands on experience installing fire protection systems
*Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards
*Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing
*Strong organisational and client facing skills
*Full UK driving licence
*Minimum ASFP / IFE level 2 or equivalent
*Ideally 3+ years’ experience within the firestopping industry.
*Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.
