Location: London / Hybrid Working

Rate: £495 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract: 6 Months

Clearance: Active SC Clearance Required

About the Role

We’re supporting a major government transformation programme seeking a PMO Benefits Lead to drive benefits management across a complex digital and security portfolio.

This is a key role within the PMO function, responsible for ensuring programme benefits are clearly defined, baselined, tracked and reported throughout the delivery lifecycle. You’ll work closely with programme leadership, delivery teams and senior stakeholders to ensure strategic outcomes are translated into measurable value.

What You’ll Be Doing *Establishing and maintaining benefits management frameworks.
*Defining, baselining and tracking programme benefits.
*Developing benefits reporting, dashboards and governance packs.
*Supporting benefits forecasting and realisation activities.
*Working closely with programme, change and delivery teams to ensure benefits remain aligned to programme objectives.
*Providing insight and reporting to senior governance boards and stakeholders.
*Supporting assurance activities and programme decision-making.
What We’re Looking For *Active SC Clearance.
*Experience within PMO, Benefits Management or Benefits Realisation functions.
*Strong experience building benefits frameworks and reporting structures.
*Understanding of programme governance and transformation delivery.
*Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
*Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
*Public sector or government programme experience would be highly advantageous.
