Aspire People are recruiting EYFS Teachers to support primary schools across a range of Nursery and Reception settings.

We are looking for creative, nurturing and enthusiastic teachers who can provide high-quality early years education and create a positive foundation for children’s learning.

The Role:

* Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons and activities
* Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
* Supporting children’s communication, language and early development
* Developing early phonics, literacy and numeracy skills
* Using play-based learning to support children’s development
* Observing, assessing and tracking pupil progress
* Supporting children with SEND and additional needs
* Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider EYFS team
* Building positive relationships with children and families
* Maintaining high expectations for learning and behaviour

The Ideal Candidate:

* Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Previous EYFS experience is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
* Creative, patient and nurturing approach
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Passionate about early childhood development
* Committed to safeguarding and inclusion
