Are you an organised, proactive Legal Secretary who loves being at the heart of a busy office? Do you thrive on juggling priorities, keeping things running smoothly, and being the go-to person everyone can rely on?
We’re looking for a Legal Secretary & Office Coordinator to join our growing team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone with at least 3 years’ experience in a legal support environment who enjoys variety, takes pride in exceptional organisation, and loves making a real impact behind the scenes.
This isn’t a fee-earning role. Instead, you’ll be the engine room of the team, ensuring legal administration, compliance processes, stakeholder communication, and office coordination are all delivered to the highest standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
Legal Secretarial Support
*Preparing, formatting and managing legal documents, contracts and correspondence.
*Maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing systems.
*Coordinating document signing and execution processes.
*Managing diaries, key dates, contract renewals and important deadlines.
*Supporting contract administration and ensuring records remain up to date.
Office Coordination
*Acting as the central point of contact for day-to-day office operations.
*Organising meetings, calendars and team schedules.
*Coordinating internal communications and document requests.
*Ensuring the office runs efficiently and professionally at all times.
*Providing seamless support across multiple teams and stakeholders.
Compliance & Administration
*Supporting regulatory and compliance activities.
*Maintaining compliance registers and records.
*Assisting with policy reviews and updates.
*Conducting client and project due diligence checks.
*Supporting governance and internal process improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant, Office Coordinator, Contracts Administrator or similar professional services support role
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
