Role & Responsibilities
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will:
*Work alongside the current corporate partner to develop and expand the corporate team
*Advise on a wide range of corporate matters including mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts and governance
*Build and maintain strong client relationships across key sectors
*Play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s future as part of a potential partnership track
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer who:
*Has 3+ years’ PQE in corporate law
*Possesses a strong commercial acumen and corporate background
*Is personable, approachable and culturally aligned with the firm
*Is motivated by business development and long-term growth opportunities
