We’re recruiting for a Store Manager in Cardiff for a successful fashion, sports and lifestyle retailer. This is a great opportunity for a commercially focused retail manager to take ownership of a store, lead a team and drive strong sales and customer service performance.

The Role
As Store Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day running and commercial performance of the store, leading and developing a team to deliver an excellent customer experience and achieve key sales and KPI targets.
You’ll be responsible for:
*Leading, coaching and developing a retail team

*Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance

*Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high service standards

*Managing stock, visual merchandising, rotas and operational standards

*Managing store costs and ensuring strong commercial performance

*Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members

*Maintaining high standards across the store and creating an engaging environment

*Taking ownership of the overall store operation

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager from fashion, sports, lifestyle or another customer-focused retail environment.
You’ll ideally have:
*Proven experience managing a retail store and delivering against sales and KPI targets

*Strong people management and team development skills

*A commercial mindset with experience managing store performance

*Excellent customer service skills

*Experience managing stock, visual merchandising and store operations

*Good organisational skills and attention to detail

*A hands-on approach and the confidence to lead from the front
