Client Details
Our exclusive client is an independent accountancy practice in the Guildford area. They are a 1 Partner firm and circa 15 staff. Based from a pleasant, rural office setting, they are poised for their next phase of growth.
Description
*Support the Managing Director with the smooth running of the firm.
*Attend business development events and actively taking part in attracting new clients to the firm.
*Managing the accounts and tax affairs of key/complex clients.
*Manage the accounts department.
*Work closely with the Managing Director and Tax Partner.
*Strategically guide the firm during its next phase of growth.
*Ad-hoc project work.
Profile
A successful Partner should have:


*Proven expertise and 10-15 years’ experience working for an accountancy practice.
*Experience managing a team and advising clients.
*A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*The ability to identify and seize business opportunities.
Job Offer
*Salary between £90,000 and £100,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Agile and hybrid working.
*Long term route to Equity Partner.
*Based in a rural setting close to Guildford.
