Pay: £13.50 per hour during training | £14.00 per hour after training.
Hours: During training you will be working on the day shift. Once fully trained, you will move onto the late shift.
We are recruiting for a Assembly Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to learn new skills and develop within a long-term role.
What You’ll Be Doing*Working within a production environment assembling products.
*Using soldering irons (full training provided, no previous experience required).
*Packing, palletising and preparing goods for dispatch.
*Quality checking products.
*General production and warehouse duties.
What We’re Looking For*Good dexterity and attention to detail.
*Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift.
*Able to carry out regular bending, twisting and moving around the production area.
*Reliable and committed with a good work ethic.
*Previous manufacturing, assembly or warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
