Location: Stockport
Contract: Full-Time - Long-Term
Start Date: ASAP - February
Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Stockport. This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible and continuing through to February.
The successful candidate will be confident teaching across the Year 4 curriculum, with a strong understanding of how to engage and support pupils at KS2. You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, well-structured lessons while creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
The ideal candidate will:
*Hold QTS and have recent experience teaching within a primary school.
*Have strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum, particularly Year 4 expectations.
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
*Have excellent classroom management skills and maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning.
*Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
*Be confident assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly.
*Be enthusiastic, reliable and organised, with a passion for helping children achieve their potential.
