Description
*Manage and oversee audit assignments from planning to completion.
*Ensure compliance with auditing standards and company policies.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
*Review and finalise audit reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their professional development.
*Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
*Keep up to date with changes in auditing regulations and standards.
Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:


*A professional accounting qualification (such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
*Experience in auditing within an accountancy practice setting.
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
*Excellent communication and client management skills.
*Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £60,000 to £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
