You’ll be helping customers plan and book everything from tailor-made holidays to corporate travel, getting to know what makes their perfect trip and making it happen.
This isn’t just about booking flights and hotels. It’s about building relationships, becoming someone your customers trust and creating the kind of service that keeps them coming back.

What you’ll be doing
*Getting to know customers and helping them plan their perfect trips.
*Creating bespoke travel itineraries for leisure and business clients.
*Booking flights, hotels and other travel arrangements using the company’s booking systems.
*Building relationships with new customers and loyal returning clients.
*Keeping up to date with new destinations, hotels and travel trends.
*Providing brilliant customer service from the first conversation onwards.
