Full job descriptionAs a Corporate Tax Manager in Maidstone, you’ll be responsible for managing corporate tax compliance and advisory services for a range of clients. This role is essential in ensuring clients meet their tax obligations while providing valuable insights to help optimise their tax positions.

Description
*Oversee corporate tax compliance processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
*Provide tailored tax advice and solutions to a diverse client portfolio.
*Identify tax planning opportunities and offer strategic recommendations.
*Manage and develop relationships with clients, acting as their primary tax contact.
*Support the team with technical tax queries and training as needed.
*Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless service to clients.
*Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on clients.
*Assist in business development initiatives, including proposals and presentations.
Profile
*Lead UK and cross-border tax advisory projects, providing high-quality technical support and reporting to tax partners.
*Manage complex tax compliance assignments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
*Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships, delivering exceptional service.
*Identify and develop opportunities for additional services across tax, VAT, payroll, corporate finance, and related areas.
*Proactively assess and manage client, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks in line with firm policies.
*Deliver practical, solution-focused advice, undertaking technical research and recommending improvements to clients’ business processes.
*Take ownership of client portfolios and project profitability, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in the firm’s best interests with the highest standards of integrity.
Job Offer
*A salary between £60,000 and £70,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*Permanent position in Maidstone.
*Additional benefits as provided by the employer.
