Full job descriptionOur client is looking to add a Handyperson to their team on their commercial site in Exeter. This is an opportunity for you to work for a leading maintenance provider.
The ideal candidate will have experience with repairing doors, fitting carpet tiles and repairing toilets.
Please note this position is a 8 Month Fixed Term Contract which will likely go permanent at the end of the contract. You will get the same benefits as permanent member of staff.
Handyperson Duties:
*To carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive works to building fabric in accordance with agreed service levels, and to respond to site emergencies or client concerns.
*Examples of works, replacing taps, toilet seats, replacing lighting & lamping, painting & decorating, fire alarm tests etc
*Undertake small installation works, repairs to building fabric, and handyperson duties.
Handyperson Requirements:
*Experience of working in a commercial environment
*Ability to collaborate with team members
*Multi-tasking duties
*Good IT Skills
