Immediate Start | Ongoing Temporary Position


We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join a well-established engineering company in Bromsgrove on an ongoing temporary basis.
This role involves operating a Mazak Vertical Miller and requires previous experience using Mazatrol programming language. You will be machining precision-engineered components, including rings, flanges and tube-plates, working mainly with stainless steel and mild steel.
Working Hours
39 hours per week
*Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
*Friday: 7:30am - 3:00pm
*30-minute unpaid lunch break
*20-minute paid morning break
Pay & Benefits
*£18.37 - £19.50 per hour, depending on experience
*Weekly pay
*Accrued holiday pay
*Early finish every Friday
*Ongoing temporary assignment
Key Responsibilities
*Operating a Mazak Vertical Milling Machine
*Programming and editing using Mazatrol language
*Drilling rings, flanges and various hole matrices in tube-plates
*Working from engineering drawings and specifications
*Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances
*Maintaining health & safety and quality standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience operating a Mazak Vertical Miller
*Experience using Mazatrol programming language
*Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Reliable and able to work independently
