*Build automation solutions using Python, SPSS, and AI tools
*Improve data workflows, reporting processes, and operational efficiency
*Support researchers with technical challenges and large datasets
*Develop scalable tools and repeatable solutions for ongoing projects
*Work closely with research, data, and technology teams to drive innovation
Your Skills & Experience*Strong SPSS and quantitative data processing experience
*Python or scripting experience for automation
*Experience using AI tools to solve business problems
*Ability to manage and analyse large datasets
*Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*Experience improving workflows through automation
