The business is continuing to modernise its technology estate, leveraging cloud platforms and modern development practices.The Role and Deliverables*Develop and enhance internal web applications using React.
*Work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
*Build new functionality and improve existing applications.
*Support the modernisation of Python and Streamlit-based applications.
*Develop solutions that integrate with Snowflake data platforms.
*Contribute to application design, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and development best practices.
Your Skills & Experience*Strong commercial experience with React.
*Experience building and delivering web applications.
*Hands-on experience with Snowflake.
*Python development experience.
*Experience working within Azure environments.
*Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
*Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
*Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
*Exposure to Streamlit is beneficial.
*Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments is advantageous.
*Experience working with secure or sensitive datasets is desirable.
*Exposure to application modernisation or migration initiatives is beneficial.
*Experience using AI-assisted development tools is advantageous.
