Are you a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity?
A welcoming, inclusive, and highly supportive primary school in Maidstone is seeking an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a nurturing Early Years environment, supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their education.
The Role:
*Supporting children within the Early Years classroom on a daily basis.
*Assisting with the delivery of engaging and creative learning activities.
*Providing 1:1 and small group support to help children develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
*Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and confidence.
*Supporting the class teacher with classroom preparation, observations, and learning resources.
*Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Previous experience working within an Early Years, Nursery, Preschool, or Primary School setting.
*A positive, nurturing, and patient approach.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*A good understanding of child development and the Early Years curriculum.
*A passion for helping young children thrive and achieve their potential.
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
