The RoleThe successful MFL Teacher will:
*Deliver engaging and challenging French and/or Spanish lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that motivate and inspire students.
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing effective feedback and intervention where appropriate.
*Contribute to curriculum development within the MFL department.
*Maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement and participation.
*Support students in developing confidence and enthusiasm for language learning.
*Contribute positively to the wider school community and extracurricular activities.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for an MFL Teacher who:
*Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification.
*Has strong subject knowledge in French and/or Spanish.
*Has experience teaching MFL at secondary level.
*Is passionate about helping young people achieve their potential.
*Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
*Can build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
*Is committed to high standards of teaching, learning and student progress.
*Is enthusiastic, reliable and keen to contribute to school life.
