Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a successful and established business based in Birstall, Wakefield who are looking to recruit an Aftersales Coordinator to join their team.
This is a varied and hands-on role within the aftersales team, supporting customers throughout the repair process and coordinating engineers, subcontractors and parts to ensure repairs are completed efficiently.
The Role
*Managing inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email

*Supporting private customers, businesses and Motability customers

*Coordinating vehicle repairs from initial enquiry through to completion

*Arranging engineers and subcontractors to attend repairs

*Liaising with the engineering and parts departments to ensure the correct parts are available

*Ordering parts from suppliers where required, including obtaining prices and checking availability

*Arranging for parts to be sent directly to customers or engineers

*Raising sales orders and ensuring costs are allocated correctly, including warranty work

*Processing invoices using Sage 200

*Passing repair jobs to engineers, who will then manage and schedule their own diaries

*Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to keep repairs moving

*Maintaining accurate records and keeping customers updated throughout the process

*Building knowledge of the company’s products and repair requirements

*Sending and monitoring customer feedback surveys following completed repairs


About You
*Excellent communication and customer service skills

*Strong organisation and attention to detail

*A proactive approach to problem solving

*Confidence liaising with suppliers, customers and internal teams

*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office

*Experience using a CRM system

*The ability to work independently as part of a small team
