Are you a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant with a passion for Early Years and looking for a rewarding new role from September?
We are working with a welcoming educational setting in Berkhamsted that is looking for a dedicated Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity in Berkhamsted for someone who wants more than just a classroom role. You’ll be helping children build confidence, develop independence and take those important first steps in their education.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant you’ll be involved in:
*Supporting children’s learning and development through engaging EYFS activities
*Helping deliver creative, practical and stimulating learning experiences
*Supporting children on a one-to-one and small-group basis
*Encouraging communication, confidence and independence in the education and training environment
*Supporting children’s social and emotional development
*Helping children develop positive relationships with their peers
*Assisting with personal care and daily routines when required
*Creating a calm, inclusive and positive classroom environment
*Building strong relationships with children and staff
*Supporting teachers with the smooth running of the classroom
*Helping every child achieve their individual potential
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Level 3 qualified in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Education, Childcare or a related area
*Or holds a relevant Level 2 qualification with appropriate experience
*Experienced working with children in an educational or Early Years environment
*Passionate about Early Years and children’s development
*Warm, caring, patient and enthusiastic
*Confident supporting young children with different needs
*Reliable, professional and committed for growth in the education and training sector
*A positive team player
*Excellent at building relationships with children and colleagues
*Able to travel to Berkhamsted
