Macildowie are working with this client based in Derbyshire, a well-established business operating within the construction materials sector, to recruit a friendly, organised and professional Temporary Receptionist.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth running of a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments.
*Welcoming visitors and ensuring a professional first impression.
*Coordinating hotel bookings and occasional travel arrangements.
*Managing incoming and outgoing post.
*Supporting general office administration and ad hoc tasks.
*Ensuring the reception area remains tidy, welcoming and organised.
About You:
*Previous reception, administration or customer service experience.
*Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
*Friendly, approachable and professional attitude.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Comfortable managing multiple tasks throughout the day.
*Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems.
