Full job descriptionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Alfreton. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you’ll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Maintenance Engineer | Alfreton | An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Alfreton. Working within a fast-paced production environment, you’ll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
The role will involve fault finding on a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, supporting production teams, and helping to drive high engineering standards.
Ideal backgrounds: Chemical manufacturing, FMCG, food & beverage, plastics, packaging, building products, or other automated manufacturing environments.
