In this role you will lead enterprise data, technology, architecture, and AI strategy within a well-established, data-led organisation. Significant investment has already been made in data platforms, AI capabilities, and enterprise systems, creating a strong foundation. A robust data platform is already in place, significant work has been completed around the semantic layer and the business is now entering the next phase of its transformation, focused on connecting data, technology, and customer intelligence more effectively across the organisation.The RoleAs VP Enterprise Data you will create a single vision across Data & Analytics, Engineering, IT, Salesforce, and Architecture.You will inherit a large multidisciplinary team and be responsible for aligning previously separate functions, accelerating delivery, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes.*Lead Data & Analytics, Engineering, IT, Salesforce, and Architecture functions.
*Develop and execute the enterprise data, technology, and AI strategy.
*Create alignment across technical, commercial, and operational stakeholders.
*Drive adoption and governance of AI across the organisation.
*Own enterprise architecture standards, data governance, and analytics capabilities.
*Support the delivery of a true 360-degree customer view across the business.
*Improve understanding of customer behaviour, product usage, and commercial performance through data.
*Enable more personalised marketing and more effective sales engagement.
*Support product teams with real-time customer and usage insights.
*Oversee internal data platforms, reporting capabilities, and enterprise systems.
*Make informed build-versus-buy decisions and manage technology roadmaps.
*Deliver quick wins while establishing long-term strategic direction.
*Build trust, accountability, and momentum across multiple functions.
Your Skills & Experience*Strong leadership experience across some combination of Data, Analytics, Engineering, IT, and Architecture.
*Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, architecture, analytics, and governance.
*The ability to unite teams around a shared vision and common objectives.
*Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving organisational change.
*Confidence making decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
*A hands-on approach and willingness to engage with technical detail when required.
*Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect technology investments to business value.
*Experience operating successfully in fast-paced and evolving environments.
*The ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.
*Exposure to AI-enabled products, services, or internal AI initiatives and experience applying AI to improve reporting, decision-making, or operational efficiency.
