On-Boarding Specialist
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that’s investing heavily in how it connects with its supplier network, right at a point where things are changing for the better. You’ll be at the heart of it, getting suppliers set up, connected and confident on the system, and making sure the data behind every connection is spot on. It’s a role with real variety, plenty of time on the phone, and the chance to make a visible difference from day one.
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable getting under the bonnet of a system and walking a supplier through it, step by step. You enjoy picking up the phone rather than hiding behind email, you spot the small stuff other people miss, and you pick up new software quickly.

What You Will Be Doing
*Onboarding a portfolio of suppliers onto the system, from first contact through to fully connected and live.
*Guiding suppliers through the technical setup, helping them get comfortable using the platform from their first login through to full confidence.
*Troubleshooting connection and setup issues over the phone, and spotting common sticking points early before they hold things up.
*Reviewing and validating supplier information and data to make sure it’s accurate, complete and compliant with internal standards.
*Managing a busy onboarding pipeline in Excel and Google Sheets, tracking each supplier’s progress and flagging anything that’s stalling.
*Taking ownership of a high volume of supplier conversations each day, mostly by phone, and making every one count.
*Reporting daily on progress against targets, so the wider team always knows where things stand.
*Escalating more complex technical queries to the right person, keeping the supplier updated throughout.
*Sharing what you learn with the team so recurring issues get fixed at the source.

What We Need From You
*Real attention to detail. You’ll be checking a high volume of technical and supplier data every day, so accuracy matters.
*A technical mindset. You don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable with systems, logical problem-solving and working out why something isn’t connecting.
*Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills. You’ll use them daily, so filtering, sorting, lookups and keeping large trackers clean should feel normal.
*A fast learner with new systems, who can pick up software and then explain it clearly to someone else.
*Previous experience in a customer facing, onboarding, support or coordination style role.
*A confident phone manner. You’ll be on calls every day.
*Proactive by nature. You chase things without being asked.
*A team player who enjoys a supportive, sociable environment.
*Available immediately or on short notice, as this is a temporary role with an early start.

What’s in it for you
*A competitive salary of £35,000 to £40,000.
*The chance to be part of a business going through positive change.
*A supportive, sociable team where you’ll never feel like just a number.
*Hands on systems and integration experience that will strengthen your CV.
*On site parking.
*The opportunity for this to lead to further work, depending on how the project develops.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you, so get in touch today.
