Thornbury Recruitment is delighted to be working with an established St. James’s Place Wealth Management practice in Chester-le-Street, which is looking to appoint a Financial Adviser to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Financial Adviser who has achieved Competent Adviser Status (CAS) and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Working closely with the Managing Director, you will have the opportunity to develop your experience, build your confidence as an Adviser and establish long-term client relationships within a supportive and professional environment.
With access to an established client bank, you won’t be expected to build your business entirely from scratch. Instead, you’ll have the opportunity to develop existing relationships while gradually growing your own client base through referrals, networking and new business opportunities.
What We’re Looking For*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
*Competent Adviser Status (CAS).
*Newly qualified or experienced Financial Advisers are welcome to apply.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
*A genuine passion for financial planning and delivering excellent client outcomes.
*A proactive approach to professional development and business growth.
