Description
*Provide strategic financial advice and direction to clients.
*Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports and statements.
*Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
*Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
*Identify business growth opportunities and support clients in achieving their goals.
*Monitor and improve internal financial processes and controls.
*Collaborate with other partners to shape the firm’s strategic direction.
*Actively contribute to winning new business for the firm.
Profile
A successful General Practice Partner should have:


*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
*Strong experience in accounting and finance within the accountancy industry.
*Proven ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
*Excellent client relationship management skills.
*Thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
*The ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary of £80,000 - £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
