Full job descriptionMarks Sattin are delighted to be partnering with a leading business within the FMCG and food manufacturing sector to recruit a Finance Business Partner for one of their key operational sites in Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused, qualified accountant to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working closely with operational leadership to drive financial performance, improve profitability and influence key business decisions.


The RoleAs Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted partner to site leadership, providing financial insight and commercial challenge to support operational performance.
Key responsibilities include:
*Partnering with operational managers to drive financial and commercial performance.

*Identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies to improve profitability.

*Delivering weekly and periodic financial reporting, including variance analysis, accruals and prepayments.

*Providing meaningful financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.

*Supporting capital expenditure proposals, site strategy and business improvement initiatives.

*Maintaining strong financial controls and accurate reporting.



The Ideal Candidate*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).

*Experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment is desirable.

*Strong commercial acumen and the ability to challenge and influence operational stakeholders.

*Excellent analytical, communication and business partnering skills.

*Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
