Our client is a reputable and well known accountancy firm based close to Canterbury. Due to a growing demand for its corporate tax services, they are keen to hire an experienced and CTA qualified Corporate Tax Senior Manager.
Description
*Lead and deliver a broad range of corporate tax advisory projects, including restructures, M&A transactions, share schemes, international tax matters, and bespoke advisory assignments.
*Prepare high-quality, client-ready advice with minimal partner oversight, ensuring technical excellence and commercial relevance.
*Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities and converting them into revenue-generating work.
*Provide expert technical guidance on complex corporate tax compliance matters for owner-managed businesses and large corporate groups.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, taking ownership of service delivery and client satisfaction.
*Mentor, coach, and develop junior team members, strengthening the technical and advisory capabilities of the wider team.
*Raise the profile of the corporate tax function through exceptional client service, knowledge sharing, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Senior Manager should have:
*A professional tax or accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CTA.
*Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax regulations and compliance.
*Experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients within an accountancy practice setting.
*Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
*A proactive approach to identifying tax planning opportunities.
*The ability to lead and support a team effectively.

*Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000 dependent on the level of experience.
