An established and growing accountancy practice is looking for a Client Portfolio Manager to join their team in Chelmsford on a predominantly remote basis. The firm specialises in supporting ambitious businesses within the construction sector, providing a full finance function alongside strategic and commercial advice.
This is a premium, client-focused service where you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with business owners, understand their goals and use financial information to help them make better decisions.
Responsibilities:
As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will...*Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of construction business owners
*Lead and support your team, helping them develop and deliver work to a high standard
*Coordinate workflows and ensure work is completed accurately and ahead of deadlines
*Meet with clients to review financial performance, KPIs and progress against their goals
*Provide advice around cash flow, profitability, growth and wider business strategy
Requirements:
As a Client Portfolio Manager, you will need...*ACA or ACCA qualification, ideally with post-qualification experience in practice
*Strong experience managing client relationships and working directly with business owners
*A strong understanding of accounts, tax, VAT and CIS
