An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced technology and data leader to join a fast-growing, data-driven business undergoing significant transformation.
This role will take ownership of multiple functions across Data, Analytics, Engineering, IT and Business Systems, bringing together established teams under a single vision while accelerating the use of data and AI across the organisation.
The RoleYou will be responsible for:
*Leading and developing multidisciplinary technology and data teams
*Driving a unified data and technology strategy across the business
*Creating a 360-degree view of customers through improved data utilisation
*Identifying opportunities to leverage AI for business value and operational efficiency
*Aligning technical and commercial stakeholders around key priorities
*Enhancing customer insight, decision-making and revenue growth
*Delivering quick wins while shaping long-term capability
