Full job description Temporary Customer Survey Advisor
Norwich | Hybrid Working | 37 Hours Per Week | Approx. 5-Week Assignment
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual to join their team on a temporary basis, carrying out telephone surveys with existing customers. The role is to confirm details held on file are correct and to check they are happy with the service. No sales involved, purely checking on customer satisfaction.
Key requirements:
*Professional and confident telephone manner
*Experience in telecommunications, marketing, customer service or a similar phone-based role
*Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping
*Friendly, engaging and approachable personality
Working Hours:
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
*Occasional evening work until 7:00pm to reach customers unavailable during the day
Additional Information:
*Hybrid working available, with a preference for office attendance twice per week
*Free on-site parking
*Start date: 19th October 2026
*Assignment length: Approximately 5 weeks
