This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking independent architectural practice who provide their expertise to residential projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Architectural Technician to join their Henley on Thames studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
*Deliver a range of residential projects from inception through to completion
*Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
*Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
*Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
*Degree within Architectural Technology or another relevant discipline
*Significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
*Proficiency with Vectorworks or AutoCAD is essential
*Experience managing projects within the residential sector
*Working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Experience carrying out site visits in a previous role
*Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
*Ability to work well within a team and independently
*Excellent communication and organisation skills
