Our client is a fast-growing, science-driven wellness and performance brand with an exceptionally engaged community at its heart.
The Role:
We’re looking for a Community Manager who understands that a great community is about much more than responding to comments.
You’ll be responsible for building genuine relationships with the people who interact with the brand every day - making existing community members feel valued, welcoming new audiences and turning conversations, feedback and stories into meaningful insight for the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Own day-to-day community management across all social media platforms, responding to comments, DMs and mentions in a warm, authentic and on-brand way.
*Build genuine relationships with community members and create a sense of belonging around the brand.
*Recognise regular contributors, celebrate customer milestones and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with highly engaged customers.
*Develop and deliver community initiatives including live sessions, Q&As, challenges, competitions and seasonal campaigns.
*Support the development and management of the brand’s ambassador programme, identifying potential advocates and nurturing long-term relationships.
*Understand how community behaviour differs across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant channels.
*Identify conversations, trends and cultural moments that the brand should be part of.
*Monitor community sentiment, conversations and feedback across social and community platforms.
*Identify recurring questions, concerns, opportunities and emerging trends.
*Produce regular community insight reports, turning qualitative feedback into clear and actionable recommendations.
*Work closely with the Content Strategist to ensure community insight informs the editorial calendar and content strategy.
About You:
*3-5 years’ experience in Community Management, Social Media Management, Customer Engagement or a closely related role.
*Proven experience building and managing an engaged online community rather than simply managing social channels.
*Experience developing or supporting ambassador programmes, loyalty programmes, influencer communities or other relationship-led initiatives.
Why Apply:
*Join a fast-growing wellness and performance brand at an exciting stage of expansion.
*Take ownership of a highly engaged and loyal brand community with genuine influence over how it grows.
*Work closely with senior leadership, Marketing, Content, Creative and Product teams.
*Have a direct influence on content strategy, campaigns, product development and brand direction through customer insight.
*Build and develop ambassador, loyalty and community programmes from the ground up.
