Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client is looking for interim support during their busy compensation cycle and is looking for an experienced individual to start as soon as possible.
Your new roleCovering maternity, you’ll be responsible for :
*Deliver day-to-day compensation advisory support to HR Business Advisors and the wider business.
*Provide compensation analysis and practical recommendations to support business decisions.
*Apply strong analytical skills alongside an understanding of compensation principles and practices.
*Use external market data and intelligence to inform compensation decisions.
*Support year-end compensation processes, including salary and bonus reviews.
*Contribute to regulatory and governance requirements relating to compensation.
*Ensure compensation decisions are consistent, well-controlled and aligned with business priorities.
You’ll ideally have worked in a financial services organisation and have experience of supporting compensation-related activities, including new hire offers, promotions, transfers, budget allocation and forecasting. You’ll have a strong analytical background and be comfortable making recommendations to HR advisors.
