*Hourly Rate: £14.27 - £20.00 per hour
*Location: Hybrid Working (2 days office-based per week)

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a small legal support team, providing essential administrative services across safeguarding and education-related matters. This role focuses on supporting legal professionals with the preparation of court documentation and assisting with complex and sensitive casework.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Prepare court documents and bundles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
*Assist legal professionals with managing caseloads, providing support on complex and high-profile cases.
*Liaise effectively with courts and tribunals, as well as external organisations, including counsel, solicitors, police, health professionals, educational establishments, and members of the public.
*Attend court and tribunal hearings with legal representatives as required.
*Manage team diaries, arrange appointments, travel, room bookings, and equipment requirements.
*Provide comprehensive legal and administrative support in litigation and other legal proceedings, including liaising with external legal representatives and relevant stakeholders.
*Undertake additional legal administrative work as required, including the creation and management of court bundles.
*Provide regular administrative support to senior members of the legal team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an administrative role within a legal setting, preferably with exposure to safeguarding and education law.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
*Competence in the use of Microsoft Office applications and legal case management systems.
