Full job description Change Manager
London | 2 Days Onsite per Week
£500 per day inside IR35
Initial 3-Month Contract
We are looking for an experiencedChange Manager to join a major transformation programme focused on driving adoption of new technology, embedding new ways of working, and building capability across sales and service teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a change professional who combines strong organisational change expertise with learning and capability development experience. You’ll play a key role in ensuring successful adoption, stakeholder engagement, and realisation of business benefits across the programme.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead end-to-end change management activities across a complex transformation programme
*Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
*Develop and deliver change and communication plans
*Design and support learning, training, and capability-building initiatives
*Drive user adoption and embed new processes and behaviours
*Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions with business stakeholders
*Support governance, reporting, and programme delivery activities
*Establish adoption metrics and track benefits realisation
*Produce insights and recommendations based on adoption and performance data
*Engage and influence senior leaders and executive stakeholders
Essential Experience
*Experience supporting large-scale technology or Salesforce transformations
*Strong understanding of change methodologies such as ADKAR
*Experience managing technology-enabled change initiatives
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*Learning, training, or capability development experience
*Strong facilitation and workshop delivery skills
*Experience measuring change adoption and business readiness
*Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
