Location: Milton Keynes (3 Days Onsite)

Rate: £500-£575 per day (Inside IR35)

Contract: Initial Contract

About the Role

We’re supporting a major banking transformation programme and are looking for a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support a portfolio of strategic change initiatives across customer onboarding, financial crime and operational transformation.

This is a hybrid delivery role combining project management, business analysis and stakeholder engagement, working across product, operations, technology and data teams to drive critical business outcomes.

Key Requirements *5+ years’ experience within Banking or Financial Services
*Strong experience as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or hybrid PM/BA
*Experience delivering complex business transformation programmes
*Strong requirements gathering and business analysis capability
*Experience developing delivery plans, roadmaps and governance structures
*Ability to manage risks, dependencies and multiple workstreams
*Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams
*Exposure to KYC, onboarding, financial crime or regulated environments would be highly beneficial
