Full job description What You’ll Be Doing
*Building and enhancing front-end trading and workflow applications using React, TypeScript and Java.
*Developing and maintaining backend services supporting order routing, execution workflows and trading infrastructure.
*Partnering closely with quantitative research, execution and trading teams to deliver new functionality and platform enhancements.
*Helping scale a global execution platform across multiple regions and asset classes.
*Integrating the platform with external counterparties, brokers and internal systems.
*Leveraging modern AI development tools and agentic workflows to accelerate development, testing and code quality.
*Contributing to a highly collaborative engineering culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For

*4-6 years of software engineering experience.
*Strong full stack development skills.
*Commercial experience with React and TypeScript.
*Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals.
*Experience building backend services in Java.
*Experience with electronic trading, execution systems, market making, broker algorithms or financial technology.
*Exposure to AI-assisted software development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar.
*Curiosity, strong problem-solving ability and a genuine passion for technology.
