Full job description Key Responsibilities
*Design and develop high-performance front-end applications using React.
*Build intuitive, real-time user interfaces used by front-office trading teams.
*Collaborate closely with product owners, users and stakeholders to deliver new functionality.
*Contribute to architectural decisions and drive engineering best practices.
*Optimise application performance and user workflows across complex, data-intensive platforms.
*Develop reusable components, shared libraries and scalable UI frameworks.
*Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through to production support.


Key Requirements

*Strong commercial experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript development.
*Experience building complex, business-critical web applications.
*Exposure to real-time data, streaming applications or event-driven systems.
*Experience within financial services, capital markets or electronic trading environments.
*Exposure to trading platforms, market data systems or analytics applications.
*Experience with technologies such as Redux, RxJS, AG Grid, WebSockets or OpenFin.
*Previous involvement in architectural design, mentoring or technical leadership
*Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimisation and UI design principles.
*Experience working closely with business stakeholders and end users.
*Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-quality software
