We’re recruiting for a Part-Time Supervisor to join a successful and growing business in Sutton.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the day-to-day running of the store, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales and ensure high operational standards are maintained.
A key attraction of the role is the working pattern. You’ll work 3 days per week with no weekend working.
The Role*Deliver excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
*Handle customer enquiries and convert opportunities into sales
*Support the day-to-day running of the store
*Work towards sales targets and KPIs
*Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation
*Ensure Health & Safety and company procedures are followed
*Complete administration and customer documentation accurately
*Take responsibility for the store when required
*Provide occasional cover at the Surbiton store
*Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
About You*Previous experience within retail, hospitality, sales or customer service
*Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone
*Commercially aware and comfortable working towards targets
*Organised, reliable and able to work independently
*Positive, hands-on approach
*Strong communication skills
*Flexible to travel to Surbiton when required
